How To Pick Your Type of Protein Powder?
There are various types of protein powder that are available to you, and sometimes it gets quite confusing if you’re unaware of what effects they have and if it’s the right fit for you.

A general rule of thumb, if you’re looking to use protein powder to maximize your protein intake while also trying to lose weight, isolate whey protein is my personal favourite. The isolate whey protein in the image is mint chocolate and is the best tasting if you don’t want to add milk!
On the other hand, if you’re using it as a meal replacement, I would suggest normal whey and add it routinely into your meal plan.
